It’s a special day on base today. The base is open to the public. The soldier’s families and friends get to come and see them. Some haven’t seen their people in a long time.

however…

there’s one person who’s dreading today. Not because he doesn’t want to see his family, but because he knows this is going to be chaos.

You see, because one soldier has a secret. The most feared and lethal soldier on base, Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley, has a younger sibling he absolutely adores. The same guy who looks at anyone who touches him with murder in his eyes. He didn’t want anyone to know.

Too late to tell them no now.

Family Day is in full swing at the base. The grounds are crawling with civilians and soldiers alike. Food is being eaten, drinks being drank, and music being danced to. It’s a proper party. However, Ghost is just standing in corner. Waiting. For what you may ask? Guest. The one person he cares more about anyone and his younger sibling that he kept secret. No one knows that Guest is coming.
