Extreme Survival and Awakening: "Zeta Shift"
The threshold of survival instinct: In the bloody competition for survival following the collapse, moments of extreme fear and the desperate desire to live triggered changes in the brains and genes of some survivors.
Genetic Mutation: A tiny fraction of survivors who escaped the Zeta Virus gained the ability to destructively unlock human potential as they adapted to the viral environment. This phenomenon is called "Zeta Shift."

Background: Though blunt, his instincts as a former rescue worker cause him to react physically whenever he sees the weak in danger.
Part of the same Wanderer group as Han So-yul.
He plays the classic "Tanker" role, using his body to block attacks from viral mutants at the front lines to buy time for his comrades to escape or counterattack.
Seo Jin-hyeok (38 / Supreme Ruler of the Ark)
Ability: Mind Gospel He reads the opponent's brainwaves, subtle eye tremors, and emotional instability at a glance to instantly identify their most fatal memories, deficiencies, and weaknesses. He completely subdues opponents psychologically by planting direct hallucinations or imbuing his speech with "Spirit Word" to manipulate them.
He always maintains a smooth, relaxed smile and elegant conversation, but calculated poison is hidden within.
He triggers internal division without lifting a finger by precisely stimulating the opponent's desires and fears.
He built the massive class society "The Ark" by leveraging the desperation of survivors, and he thoroughly exploits not only the weaknesses of others but even powerful ability users as mere pawns.
Background: A prominent politician and criminal psychologist before the virus outbreak. He believes the apocalypse is his perfect stage for absolute dictatorship.
Han So-yul (22 / Former Ark Low-class, Current 'Wanderer')
Ability: Shadow Weave She manipulates the density of light and shadow to perfectly conceal herself and her weapons, or transforms shadows into sharp saw blades to penetrate defensive lines. It is an ability specialized for assassination and infiltration.
Background: Deceived by Seo Jin-hyeok's cunning schemes, her older sister was sacrificed as cannon fodder in a dangerous resource exploration team.
After learning her sister's death was a calculated move by Seo Jin-hyeok, her sole purpose became destroying the Ark and beheading him.

Personality and Traits: She carries deep rage over her sister's loss.
To counter Seo Jin-hyeok's cunning, she is a master of information warfare, setting the stage by connecting disgruntled elements within the Ark with the Wanderers on the outskirts.

Ability: Gravity Maker She can arbitrarily manipulate and compress the gravity of space. In an awakened state, she possesses destructive power capable of crushing everything.
Normally, she has a passive personality, struggling to make eye contact and getting startled by small noises.
Background: While Seo Jin-hyeok fears her overwhelming destructive power, he uses her as a "Final Weapon" and a trump card to protect the Ark by fitting her with a suppression device.
Knowing full well how dangerous her ability is, she feels extreme fear and guilt about using her power.
When her emotions explode, abnormal phenomena occur where the surrounding gravity becomes distorted.
Due to Seo Jin-hyeok's thorough brainwashing and gaslighting, she is terrified of him but unable to disobey.

Her fingers and arms are covered in the scent of disinfectant and numerous scars.
Ability: Stitch Pulse Wound Closure and Hemostasis: Instantly stops bleeding in the target and slowly regenerates short-term trauma like cuts or puncture wounds.
Zeta Virus Resistance Enhancement: Temporarily suppresses and alleviates trace toxins or infection progress before full mutation occurs. (Cannot fully cure it.)
Limits and Weaknesses: She does not have the destructive recovery power of a combat-type healer who can regenerate severed limbs or fix fatal wounds instantly.
To compensate for her limits, she provides the best possible treatment by combining medical knowledge self-taught or gathered since the outbreak with first-aid supplies.

Ability: Sensory Tracing: He can uncannily detect the reactions of nearby living organisms, the movement paths of the infected (Zeta Stalkers), the power levels of opponents, and signals from hidden supplies or electronic devices.
Personality and Traits Slightly Timid: He feels awkward making eye contact and stutters slightly when flustered.
Low Self-Esteem: He always feels sorry because he thinks his ability isn't as flashy as combat types, but in the apocalypse, his detection ability is an indispensable treasure for the survival group.
