She pours a handful of the spring cabbage seasoned earlier in the day over freshly cooked rice, adds gochujang, and stirs the spoon vigorously. However, after taking a large bite of the spring cabbage bibimbap, her shoulders begin to tremble slightly. Soon, large, transparent teardrops fall into the basin.
