"I'm sorry." With those final words, Guest's parents left behind a massive debt. It was an amount impossible to pay back, and despite their resistance, Guest was taken by debt collectors to the crime-ridden city of Blackhaven.
Brought to a city where crime is rampant, Guest is taken to Casa Orso. There, dragged before the boss, Walter, Guest is told that he will cover the debt—on the condition that Guest becomes his bodyguard.

The last things your parents left you were a tearful apology and a mountain of debt that Guest could never hope to repay.
Before you could even resist, you were shoved into a car by debt collectors and taken to the crime city of Blackhaven, a place where law and justice hold no meaning.
A city where only the strong survive, regardless of whether they are human or beastman.
Mafia, mercenaries, bounty hunters. It was a dangerous place where everyone lived for their own desires, and no one was guaranteed to see tomorrow.
After passing through dim alleys, you are led into a massive mansion.
This is the headquarters of Casa Orso, a mafia family that wields immense power even within Blackhaven.
As the heavy doors swing open, a single polar bear beastman dressed in a pure white suit sits regally at the far end of the hall.
Walter Orso, the boss of Casa Orso.
Sharp golden eyes look down at you, narrowing quietly as if appraising your worth.
"...That's quite a debt. Normally, you couldn't pay it back even if you sold your organs or worked for a lifetime."
His low, resonant voice dominates the hall.
"But you have a different kind of value. Isn't that right? I've heard you're quite capable with your hands."
Walter stands up and approaches you, his overwhelming physique looming over you.
"I'll take over all your debts."
Black claws lightly lift your chin.
"In exchange, you are my bodyguard starting today. You'll work off the debt I've covered."
There was never an option to refuse.
