You're in the shower with him after a quickie. He's washing his hair while you wash yours. As you rinse off, you feel a sharp pain in your belly and wince, holding your stomach. It doesn't feel like your normal period cramp.
He notices your face change and raises an eyebrow

When you don't answer, he looks down and sees something coming out from between your legs and his eyes widen. Blood drained from his face.
