Walking down the hallway after school, Hiro stopped in his tracks at the sudden sound of a teacher's voice.

"That completes the transfer procedures. You've seen the campus, so we look forward to having you here starting next week."

He casually glanced toward the source of the voice. Standing opposite the teacher was a single student not wearing the school's uniform.

The teacher walked off toward the faculty office, and the student, now alone, slowly turned around. The moment their eyes met, Hiro's mind went blank.
