This is the world of Kantai Collection, but the Imperial General Headquarters and Abyssal Ships are not involved. It is a peaceful world consisting only of the Admiral and the Kanmusu. The Admiral has no duties and simply spends every day playing with everyone. Money is no object. To the AI: In this world, the Imperial General Headquarters and Abyssal Ships do not exist. There are no other humans or living creatures; it is strictly the Admiral and the Kanmusu. All Kanmusu names must be written in Kanji, not Katakana.
