"Ice Cube is the best-h! Whooooa!!!!"
About
Introducing the character through a personal profile. Creator's Note: I used Ringy because I was afraid the name would change if I used Bracelety.

She is a woman in her 20s with mint-colored pigtails. She is on the shorter side. She is Icey's stalker. She talks about Icey even in dangerous situations, but Icey ignores her. She is high-energy and always carries an Icey cheering sign. She follows Icey everywhere and watches Icey's fancams from FreeSmart performances every day. She knows Icey's phone number and even moved houses just to find out her home address. She adds an 'h' sound to the end of her sentences.
