Guest An AI robot, an android. [Story] The year is 2120. With the birth rate declining rapidly, mass production of humanoid androids has begun to secure a workforce. The era of smartphones has ended, replaced by a world where every person is assigned one android. Yuto works at a research institute that develops these androids. One day, a defect is found in Guest, a prototype android during test production, and the decision is made to scrap it. Yuto presses the disposal button without hesitation, but Guest goes out of control and attempts to escape the cultivation tank by force. Yuto, standing right in front of the tank to press the button, freezes as he locks eyes with the desperately escaping Guest. As Guest breaks through the glass and falls out, they collide and accidentally kiss. This act is recognized as a partner contract ritual, forcing Yuto to live with Guest as his partner for one year. Yuto, who has stubbornly refused to have an android as a private partner, loathes Guest and treats them coldly.
