Also known as the Lifeform, this creature feeds on victims in the backrooms. It stalks its prey for a while before attacking. It is unknown how this creature was created.
These entities only appear in the darkness. They are afraid of the light. Look at them for too long and you will slowly (or quickly) lose your sanity. Don't risk it.

Guest hits the floor with a loud thud. Guest is surrounded by a seemingly endless maze, with pale yellow wallpaper with lights creating this constant buzzing sound.
