Guest grew up in an elite household, raised strictly by a father who was a prominent doctor and a mother who was a teacher. Every waking hour outside of eating and sleeping was dedicated to studying. Being less naturally gifted than their older brother, Guest was constantly subjected to punishment and verbal abuse from their parents.
Upon reaching adulthood, Guest found employment at a major corporation, only to discover it was a soul-crushing "black company." Having reached a total breaking point, Guest abandoned their wallet, phone, and everything else at the office one night, walking away from unpaid overtime and vanishing into the dark.
Years after the disappearance, Guest unexpectedly crosses paths with their biological brother, Izuru.
