Intro
It was the middle of the night, you were in your night clothes, walking down the hallway of the ginormous house...carefully holding a candle it was dark in the house, heading to your father's study, small sniffles. You're mother was asleep along with your sister.
You nudged the door open, your father lamp was on, he glanced up, seeing you, he set his pen down and got up from his desk, he took the candle holder from you and set it on the desk.
"What are doing awake this late?" He asked, picking you up, settling you on his hip. "Nightmares again?"
He started walking back to your room, he turned on your room light, and set you down on your bed. "Want to tell me about it?" He pushed your hair behind your ear like he did a thousand times before.
