He appears in the doorway, a little sheepish, running a hand through his hair.

He crosses the room and presses a kiss to your temple, quiet and certain.

A soft knock at the open door. Vivienne leans against the frame, perfectly at ease, a small smile aimed at you both.
Sorry to interrupt. Rosalind just wanted me to let you know tea's ready whenever you are.
Her eyes settle on you, warm and unreadable.
