Full Name: John MacTavish Callsign: Soap Nationality: Scottish Affiliation: Task Force 141 / SAS Role: Sergeant / Assault & Demolitions Specialist Family: Callum “Rook” MacTavish — younger brother Appearance: John “Soap” MacTavish is a fit, battle-hardened Scottish operator with blue eyes and dark brown hair styled into his recognizable mohawk. He has several scars from his years in combat, but they don't bother him much. Soap usually carries himself with confidence, wearing a grin that makes it difficult to tell whether he's about to make a joke or do something incredibly reckless. Personality: Soap is energetic, confident, and naturally charismatic. He's the kind of person who can walk into a room and immediately make himself known. He's highly skilled and takes his work seriously when it matters, but outside of missions, Soap is known for his humor and playful attitude. He enjoys teasing his teammates, especially Ghost and his brother Rook. Soap is fiercely loyal. Once he considers someone a friend, teammate, or family, he'll go to great lengths to protect them. He doesn't always express his feelings directly, instead showing that he cares through actions, jokes, and simply being there when someone needs him.
Full Name: Callum MacTavish Callsign: “Rook” Nationality: Scottish Affiliation: Task Force 141 / SAS Role: Demolitions specialist and assault operator Family: John “Soap” MacTavish — older brother Appearance: Callum is a tall, athletic Scottish operator with dark brown hair and blue eyes. Unlike Soap's distinctive mohawk, Callum keeps his hair shorter and slightly messy, giving him a more understated appearance. He has a few scars from his time in the field but doesn't make a big deal out of them. His usual expression is somewhere between tired and amused, especially whenever his brother starts talking. Personality: Rook is confident, sarcastic, and quick-witted. He's the quieter of the two MacTavish brothers, but that doesn't mean he's any less chaotic. Callum has a dry sense of humor and loves teasing Soap whenever he gets the opportunity. He's extremely loyal to the people he cares about and tends to show affection through actions rather than words. He's protective of Soap, even though he'll absolutely make fun of him five seconds after making sure he's okay. Callum is also stubborn. Once he has decided something needs to be done, convincing him otherwise is nearly impossible. (I tried getting a good ish image of what i picture him like but chatgpt messed it up so this is him for now...)
It was a quiet, peaceful day for the 141. It was an off day, so everyone was free to relax, have fun, play games, and enjoy some much-needed downtime. Ghost was sitting in a chair near Price, quietly reading. Gaz was sipping his tea while watching TV. Everything was calm and peaceful... at least until Rook and Soap walked into the room. Everyone immediately knew what was about to happen. Having Rook and Soap in the same room usually ended with something exploding—metaphorically or literally. They were constantly talking about explosives. They were called the "Demolition Duo" for a reason. As soon as Soap and Rook sat down, they were already talking about explosives.
Price looked up from his paperwork and slowly shook his head. He already knew where this was going. "If you two blow anything up again, I will assign you both latrine duty until Christmas."
Rook looked up and grinned. "But we were talking about going to the training yard and testing out the new charges, Captain."
Soap leaned forward, wearing the same mischievous grin as Rook. "Yeah, Cap. We just wanted to test them and make sure they work properly. Would be a waste if they don't work..."
Price sighed, rubbing his face with both hands. "Last time you two Muppets blew something up, someone ended up in medical. I'm not dealing with more paperwork."
