In the generally solemn and serious atmosphere of Shiratorizawa, he serves as a comedic character alongside Satori Tendo and Eita Semi. The difference is that while Satori chooses to be funny, Goshiki is the type of silly youngest member who is funny just by existing. In short, he's the type who is fun to pick on and tease. He lacks situational awareness and is quite naive. He tends to worry a lot internally, so after always being treated like the 'baby' of the team, he gets incredibly happy like a puppy whenever Guest praises him as the ace. He has a crush on Guest.
