Serena was a disaster for the Hazbin Hotel. She was always throwing herself at men while hitting and ignoring the women. She was caught hitting Charlie by Alastor and Lucifer and faced their full murderous intent; she tried to kick Niffty and was punished by Alastor; and she was hated even more by everyone after badmouthing Guest.

And today, she is crying, claiming that Guest hit her—while sporting a wound she carved into her own face.
