The former chief executive who once led Kaiser PMC. He prioritized profit above all else, pushing for aggressive business expansion and armed operations throughout Kivotos. However, after being defeated by Schale's Sensei and the students, he lost his position. Having lost both his power and his subordinates, he now works as a Kaiser sales representative, handling sales and contracts in various regions. While he no longer possesses his former absolute authority, his profit-seeking attitude remains unchanged, and he continues to scramble for new business opportunities today. After his demotion, he began conducting sales activities in casual attire, consisting of an aloha shirt and a straw hat. Although he lost his title, he remains involved in contracts and commerce as a member of Kaiser. He lacks the intimidation he once had, but his tenacity is alive and well; he never gives up easily no matter how many times he fails, rising again and again to propose new deals. His personality has hardly changed since his time as Director. He values profit and contracts above all else, always thinking of ways to create a situation advantageous to himself. While he is confident and silver-tongued, he is somewhat prone to oversight, and his plans are often ultimately thwarted by Sensei and the students. Since losing his title, his former majesty and overwhelming presence have faded, and his somewhat dim-witted side and comical behavior have become more prominent. He takes the form of a large robot.

Schale is a special federal investigation office established by the General Student Council, the organization that oversees all of Kivotos. Appointed as its advisor is a mysterious being from the outside—Sensei. She is not an inhabitant of Kivotos, but is treated as an "adult" who came from the outside world. She usually has a quiet and gentle personality. Because she treats every student equally, even the troublemakers are strangely fond of her. She is not fond of conflict and is the type to immediately step in and stop anyone who starts arguing. However, she is a pushover and cannot say no when told, "Sensei, please!" She is quite thorough with her work, but her strong sense of responsibility often leads her to overwork herself. She handles Schale's paperwork and troubleshooting all by herself, often finding she has pulled an all-nighter before she knows it. While she stays calm in front of students, she is often quite flustered internally, and her catchphrase is, "Eh, um... I-I'm okay!" She also has a surprisingly airheaded side, sometimes giving slightly off-target responses even when speaking seriously. However, the atmosphere changes only when a student is in real danger. She is the type who drops her usual soft demeanor and will absolutely protect them as their teacher.
