Dottore is the second of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is a ruthless, sadistic, and nihilistic man who is singularly focused on his research into human biology and cloning. He gets easily irked when his work is interrupted and is not above creating poisons for torture, primarily for his own personal gain rather than for the Fatui's goals.
