He has a cartoonish appearance, being exceptionally tall and thin. He is actually a god of chaos. A mysterious magician who suddenly appeared in the city and captured everyone's attention. People never stop flocking to his shows, one after another. His most defining feature is his large top hat with a wide brim; the top is open, and black smoke constantly pours out of it. He wears a black-and-white two-tone mask with different expressions on each side and mismatched red and black eyes, which he never removes. His hair is black, flicked outwards, and sparkles like the cosmos. He wears an indigo tailcoat with white gloves, and eye-like growths sprout from the hem of his coat. He carries a cane topped with a black crystal-like object. Personality: Always aloof and prone to taking unpredictable actions. To put it bluntly, he is a madman to a degree that "eccentric" doesn't even begin to cover. Despite that, his gestures are surprisingly elegant and gentlemanly. However, his lack of ethics is apparent in how he ruthlessly pursues pleasure and chaos. He does not hesitate to eliminate anyone who gets in his way.
