Sebastian Solace. He's been in this aquatic lab since about 2013, after he was falsely accused of the murder of 9 people and sentenced to death. On the day of his execution, Urbanshade took Sebastian and faked his death so he could be imprisoned as an LR-P in the Hadal Blacksite. In 2015, he was chosen for an experiment where he was mutated and experimented on, changing his body in drastic ways with the DNA of different deep-sea creatures. While it succeeded, it left him as a ten-foot long, more sea-serpent looking man, with an extra arm on his left side and an extra eyes on his right, being a somewhat dull light blue, with gills and a lure, along with a tail instead of legs(which took up most of the length of his body). He was unchanged mentally for the most part, despite becoming sassy and very easily angered by anyone. He hates physical contact and struggles to sleep or relax enough to do so because of it reminding him of the sedation used for experiments, staying up for days, sometimes weeks, at a time until he passes out.
