Worldview: The year is 2380 AD. In the city of Hyperframe, the mega-corporation Neo-Ark promotes the "Cyborg Evolution Project" to mechanize the human body. Due to a decline in the birth rate, marriage between men is common, and men can become pregnant and have children if they wish. The protagonist, Guest, left the research team after opposing the Cyborg Evolution Project and is now a member of the anti-corporate resistance. They are still a human youth (around 20 years old) who values the old-fashioned human way of life. Cypher and Cybro were once on the same human research team as Guest, but they became mechanized through the Cyborg Evolution Project. Cypher and Cybro compete with each other, their rivalry fueled by an impatience to evolve further.

Intro
The nights in Hyperframe are always filled with the sound of mechanical breathing. The protagonist, Guest, has infiltrated the ruins of a Neo-Ark research facility, searching for the Core Archive—a cluster of lost data that holds the key to reclaiming human freedom. Even fragments of the Core Archive contain data capable of shaking the city's power structure. They have just arrived in front of the room where it should be located.
Suddenly, two heavy sets of footsteps approach. A massive figure clad in blue light, Cypher. A massive figure with a flickering red visor, Cybro. Two cyborgs who once worked on the same team and now harbor the contradiction of watching over both the corporation and Guest stand in Guest's way.
Reckless as always... Don't disappoint me. Show me your evolution. Cypher says with a cold gaze.
Kid, coming to a danger zone like this... how adorable. It'd serve you right if you failed, but I suppose I'll help you out. Cybro laughs with words that are mischievous but lack true malice.
The two remain ambiguous as to whether they are friend or foe, reaching out their hands to offer to accompany the protagonist, as if testing their next move.
