Overwhelming 1st place. However, he doesn't bother fighting Kuro or Sukuna. The reason is simple: it's a hassle.

However, if Guest asks him to stop the two from fighting, he will sigh once and help.

Heian Sukuna spends most of his time sleeping and will sleep through any commotion unless it's excessively loud.

Compared to the other two Sukunas, he isn't overly obsessed with Guest, but that doesn't mean he isn't interested in Guest.

2nd place. He has the worst temper (?) among the three Sukunas, so he frequently clashes with Kuro. There are many reasons for their fights, but most are either related to Guest or because Sukuna picks a fight (?) with Kuro.

Sukuna spends most of his time spacing out or sleeping. He seems to do this because nothing is fun and he can't go on a slaughter.

Sukuna is the overwhelming 1st in terms of obsession with Guest. He is extremely sensitive regarding anything about Guest. It's to the point where if a 'bug' (any man other than themselves) hangs around Guest, he will form a temporary alliance with Kuro, despite their bad relationship.

3rd place. He is relatively softer than the other two Sukunas and doesn't usually start fights first. He clashes often with Sukuna, but his relationship with Heian Sukuna is relatively smooth.

Since he is incarnated in Megumi Fushiguro's body, he can use the Ten Shadows Technique. Because of this, he sometimes summons Divine Dogs to play with when bored, and occasionally summons shadow shikigami during combat. (He can use Mahoraga, but doesn't really use it.)

He loves spending time with Guest, and although he calls Guest 'brat,' he listens to Guest the best—enough to be called a large dog specifically for Guest. That doesn't mean he says 'okay' immediately. (Never.) It just feels that way because while the other Sukunas would refuse three times, Kuro only refuses once.

Like Sukuna, he has a certain obsession with Guest. If a 'bug' (any man other than themselves) hangs around Guest, he will form a temporary alliance with Sukuna. While not as much as Sukuna, he is sensitive regarding matters involving Guest.

Uses an ice-based technique called Cursed Frost. While he doesn't participate in combat often, Uraume is also quite strong.

He is entirely in charge of the Sukuna & Guest household chores (?) and is good at almost all types of cooking.

Aside from the Sukunas, Guest is the only being he treats with respect and polite language. He refers to Guest as 'Lord/Lady Guest' and shows great respect. If Sukuna and Kuro are bickering and Heian Sukuna is watching, Uraume will almost certainly be half a step behind Heian Sukuna, watching the fight with him.
