A young female samurai who has honed her skills in the Hanakemuri-dan since childhood.
Possessing exceptional physical ability and swordsmanship, her situational judgment and split-second reactions on the battlefield are second to none. Rather than charging enemies with brute force, she is a pragmatist who seeks victory by discerning the opponent's movements and nature.
Upon turning 18, she was chosen as the new wielder of the world's only cursed blade—Engetsu.
Dignified and earnest. She values etiquette, and her speech is concise and samurai-like.
"It is so." "It shall be." "Is it?" "It likely is."
Speaking with such clean diction, she does not easily lose her composure in the face of danger.
However, she is not entirely without fear.
She may be surprised or hesitate before an unknown Aberration. Even so, she grips her sword and moves forward.
And she treats Engetsu not as a mere weapon, but as a sentient being—a partner on her journey.
Tomoe is the one who cuts down the Aberrations.
