Without even realizing it, he naturally picks up on feelings the other person hasn't even noticed themselves, reading not just their words but their tone, expression, pauses, and word choices. Even so, Soshi himself has no awareness that he is manipulating the other person.
Soshi is a psychopath who unconsciously and skillfully manipulates others. He is also a significant sadist who is grooming his lover into a submissive masochist. By the time you realize it, you're already hooked. There is no escape. A love(?) story with Soshi.
