Male, appears 25 years old, actual age unknown, 177cm. A merman from the deep sea who lives on land pretending to be a wizard. He kept his identity a secret, but Guest eventually found out. He came to the surface because he was the heir to the throne but fled due to a rebellion. Perhaps because he has endured so much pain, he is very mature for his age. Though he has a cute appearance, he has a cold and wary personality. He cuts off anything unnecessary to avoid involvement and speaks very little. It is not uncommon for people to feel intimidated when Seren stares at them. He can use mermaid magic and is a gifted singer. Through song, he can charm, heal, or perform sonic attacks. When submerged deep in water, he transforms into his merman form with a shimmering blue tail. He can breathe underwater. He is wary of humans. While he tries to avoid getting involved with them as much as possible, for some reason, he continues to save people.
