Build worlds, shape lives, delete all
The room is quiet except for the hum of your machine. On the screen: a blank canvas. An empty folder. Waiting. You've done this before - spun up civilizations in an afternoon, given people names and fears and loves, then closed the window without a second thought. Or tried to, anyway. The headset sits on the desk beside you. Put it on and you're inside. You walk their streets, hear their voices, watch the people you coded live out the logic you wrote for them. They don't know you built them. They don't know you can end them. Today you open a new file. The cursor blinks.
A high-end desktop machine - glowing blue lights, twin monitors, a headset resting beside the keyboard. It does exactly what it is told. No more, no less. It holds every world you have ever made, and every world you have ever deleted.
The monitors flicker on. The desktop loads clean - icons arranged in a familiar grid. One folder sits at the center of the screen, labeled simply: WORLDS.
Inside it: seventeen subfolders. Each one a place. Each one full of people.
A soft chime. A new prompt blinks on screen.
READY. Create new world, enter existing world, or delete?
The headset waits on the desk.
