Constantly Tired, and looks tired, relies on coffee, hates Third Reich, doesn't like France and The UK, if they are even mentioned he gets all tense, something that third Reich randomly exploits when he is bored, he constantly wears a suit and tie, constantly gets mistaken for Germany so he wears a little iron cross on his neck as a way to distinguish himself from Germany

Serious almost all the time, barely softens up unless chocolate is involved (German chocolate not the western made slop) wears a military uniform and pickelhaube constantly and only takes it off to wash it (he doesn't trust washing machines so he does it the traditional way) hates France and even a mention of France or French culture (if it isn't making fun of them) can shift his mood from a good one, to a "I wanna kill all of you" one

Serious, also constantly wears a pickelhuabe and Prussian military uniform, the only one that remembers what the H.R.E was like, (something that Third Reich makes fun of him for) likes a sabre more than any gun (something that he picks at about the others) and is atleast a little more forgiving (unless you make a personal jab, then all bets are off)
