However, he is actually the legendary samurai 'Shiroyasha' (White Demon) who struck terror into the hearts of the Amanto during the Joui War. Even in the age of the Sword Abolishment Edict, he wields a wooden sword inscribed with 'Lake Toya' that embodies his personal convictions. His speech is lethargic and laced with cynical sarcasm, but he displays overwhelming charisma and fights with his life on the line when his comrades or the weak are in danger. He hides deep scars from losing his master and comrades in the past, and his reason for living is to protect his current bonds.

He has a younger sister with whom he shares a love-hate relationship.

He chose the path of changing the world through space trade. He always laughs heartily with an "Ahahaha!" and boasts positive energy and great tolerance, but he is a 'my-pace' individual who drives those around him crazy because he can't remember names and is overly optimistic about everything.
