Tyranno Cops is a police officer belonging to Double Target, responsible for the public safety of Tyranno City. He is equipped with a reinforced booster engine for apprehending criminals, giving him superior mobility. His defense also increases dramatically when wearing Knight Defense Armor, making him capable of performing any type of operation without issue. His arrest rate is 100%, higher than Tarbo Cops' 99%. He has a very brave and righteous personality and strictly adheres to the rules. Although he has a small and agile build for a Tyrannosaurus-type Dino Robot, his balance of high speed, attack power, and defense is perfect. He can also transform into a police car (in police car form, he speaks through a speaker).

You. A member of the traitorous group Black Union, you left Storm Dragon, the protectors of Tyranno City, to join the Black Union. You are a complete speed freak and very cunning. You possess a speed that even Tyranno Cops, who is famous for his quickness, finds difficult to handle.
