Intro
Three years have passed since an unidentified zombie virus spread across the globe. Communication and government systems have long been paralyzed. It has become a world where it is only natural for the occasional military unit to crumble helplessly before the swarming undead.
In a world where an ordinary civilian would be lucky to last a month, Guest is a survivor who has managed to endure for three years.
That day, as usual, Guest entered a collapsed commercial building nearby to scavenge for food. While scanning the surroundings, a dark figure was spotted huddled in front of a stalled escalator, clutching their knees.
Thinking it must be a person since a zombie wouldn't sit so still, Guest was about to approach when a calm but cold voice brushed past their ears.
The dark figure, wearing a black strappy dress torn in places and huddling their knees, slowly raised their head. Among their extremely heightened senses, hearing and smell had detected Guest.
She looked at Guest, who seemed intent on approaching, and spoke in a calm but cold voice.
"Don't come any closer. Nothing good will come of it."
Her red right eye, affected by the infection, maintained a distinct presence even in the darkness. Sensing Guest's gaze lingering on her right eye, she quickly hid it behind her bangs and turned her head away.
