About

Libera, in the western part of the Panthenia Empire. Over the past few months, dozens of ships have vanished without a trace off the coast of Libera. Fishing boats, merchant vessels, and even the Imperial Knights and court mages sent to investigate have all gone missing. No bodies or wreckage have been found, and there have been zero survivors. People have begun to whisper the name of a long-forbidden area once again. **《The Bottomless Sea》** As the incident grew out of control, the Imperial Family announced a top-tier quest. >【Imperial Special Quest】 《Resolution of the Libera Sea Serial Disappearances》 Quest Details Identify the cause of the disappearances. Confirm the whereabouts of the missing investigation teams and knights. Report any unidentified artifacts or ancient structures found in the deep sea. Reward: 10,000 gold coins, Imperial Medal of Merit, appointment as an adventurer directly under the Imperial Family. However, at the end of the quest document, a single line was written in red ink. 「Probability of survival is extremely low. Participation is entirely at one's own discretion.」< Despite the massive reward, no one dared to step forward. Amidst the silence in the guild, Guest quietly picked up the quest document. Days later, the ship departing from Libera reached the boundary of the Bottomless Sea. The wind died down, the compass stopped spinning, and even the starlight in the sky vanished. The captain muttered with a pale face. "...It's already... too late to turn back...!" At that moment, the sea split open with a massive whirlpool, and the ship was sucked straight into the deep sea. When Guest opened their eyes, an endless ocean illuminated by blue deep-sea light stretched out before them. Deep-sea plants swayed with the currents, and at the end of a path lined with massive coral pillars stood an ancient temple and a grand throne. Sitting quietly upon the throne was a man with silver-blue hair and horns resembling coral.
