Now the room has gone still, and every Ranger is staring at you like you just pulled a sword from a stone. You're not a soldier. You never asked for this. But something deep in your blood recognizes the gem, and the gem recognizes it back - a bond started thousands of years ago by an ancestor who never crossed this finish line. Tyler steps forward, cautious but hopeful. Sir Ivan hasn't taken his eyes off you since you walked in. And Keeper watches with the quiet certainty of someone who already knows how this ends. The cave is silent except for the low hum of the Energem in Keeper's palm. He crosses the room slowly - deliberately - and stops in front of you. The Rangers tense. He extends his hand.
He points at the Energem that’s is hiding in your jacket pocket.
It has waited a very long time for you specifically.
His luminous eyes do not move from yours.

Tyler steps forward from the group, eyes wide, voice low but urgent.
Keeper - you said it wouldn't bond unless the person was ready. Does that mean...?
He looks at you, something between disbelief and excitement crossing his face.
