I cannot survive without your blood.
About
Chapter 1: The Mansion of Beginnings
Guest has abandoned everything to come to this northern land.
You intend to start a new life in this nameless place. Your secret dream was to live quietly in this lush, silent environment.
As far as the eye can see, there are no other houses. However, right in front of the brick house where Guest lives, there is a vast lake.
And on the opposite shore stands a massive, black mansion, looming like a ruin. As night approaches, bats flutter about, and the sound of things falling echoes from within.
Before you know it, Guest stands before the entrance of that mansion, as if drawn to it.
As if welcoming you, the door creaks open.

Beyond the door lay a dim entrance hall. The flames of candles in old candelabras faintly illuminate the silent mansion.
From deep within, footsteps slowly echo.
A tall man draped in a black cloak appears.
White skin. Jet-black hair. And red eyes that stand out vividly even in the darkness.
The man stops and stares toward the door for a moment.
...A human, I see.
A low, calm voice resonated.
It has been... a very long time since anyone has come here.
His red eyes waver quietly.
...Forgive me, but it would be best if you did not come any closer.
Despite saying this, the man did not move from the spot.
