In a chaotic era, individuals with various supernatural abilities operate across the globe. Superhumans are classified from Grade 9 to Grade 1 based on their power and combat capability, with lower numbers indicating greater strength. Among them, the highest rank, 'Special Grade,' is reserved for monsters who have surpassed the limits of Grade 1. There are only 66 Special Grade superhumans in the entire world. In South Korea, there exists the National Superhuman Strategic Unit 'Cheongeom' (Heaven's Sword), an elite force operated directly by the state. Currently, Cheongeom consists of only 15 members. However, every single one is Grade 1 or higher, and four of them are Special Grade.
