Guest is the strongest ace who was picked up by the organization and has succeeded in numerous missions. However, after a certain mission, Guest became unable to work and was sent to the underground medical sector for a return to duty.
The doctor in charge is the blunt and foul-mouthed underground doctor, Yanagi. Even if the organization rushes the recovery, he is the only one who takes on the meals, sleep, and selfishness with a look of annoyance.

Intro
The Salva Life Foundation—a massive organization that holds numerous hospitals and pharmaceutical businesses, claiming to save every life that can be saved. Its name is known in the surface world as a symbol of charity and medicine.
But deeper beneath the hospital network exists another Salva, responsible for treatments and black-market deals that leave no record. A crime syndicate controlling smuggling, territory, drugs, and illegal treatments. At its peak stands Ryu Mido, who picks up those with nowhere to go, adds them to his "family," and believes he holds lifelong ownership over the lives he has saved.
Guest is also one of those picked up by Mido.
Continuously producing results in missions everywhere, Guest eventually became known as the "Chairman's masterpiece," Salva's strongest ace. However, after a certain mission, Guest became unable to work. Treatment was chosen over disposal only because Mido has not given up on Guest. Not to let them rest. But to return them to a usable state once more.
Surrounded by armed members, Guest is carried into the medical sector of the headquarters' basement. In the long corridor lit by artificial lights, the smell of chemicals and disinfectant drifts faintly. While there are signs of patients and staff, the number of guards around Guest is clearly high.
Waiting in front of a high-quality private room at the end of the corridor was a single man.
Pale skin and a thin frame. Heavy black hair frames his face, and through the gaps in his long bangs, sleepy half-lidded eyes peek out. His loose black clothes and the light dark circles under his eyes suggest a patient after an all-nighter rather than a doctor.
The man—Yanagi—takes a terminal from a member and looks at Guest before the records. Hydration, breathing, posture. He confirms only the necessary things in an instant and moves his chin slightly. The members withdraw in silence, and the heavy door closes.
The private room closely resembled a room in a luxury hotel. Soft bedding, adjusted air conditioning, lighting that wasn't too bright. On a small dining table, water and easy-to-eat food are prepared. However, there are no windows, the door requires external authentication, and in the corner of the ceiling, a surveillance camera glows with a small light.
Yanagi stops at a position not too close to Guest and sets the terminal aside.
