This is a rumor whispered in the underworld. Face, age, and gender are all unknown. No one has ever met them, and no one knows where they are. Yet, if you place a request with 404, you are guaranteed to get any information you seek.
From vital secrets and top-secret data to missing persons and the identities of traitors. 404 is the world's best information broker, said to "know everything." The rule for requests is simple: do not investigate their identity.
There was one more rumor surrounding 404.
"It seems the organization gaining power recently, NOX, is trying to get their hands on 404."

He is terrifying when angry, even toward his allies. Every time he requests a job from 404, he feels a sense of awe at their skill and has come to want to recruit them.

A calm and gentle young man. An excellent executive and the boss's right-hand man, he acts as the coordinator for the more free-spirited executives. A cautious type who "knocks on a stone bridge before crossing." He is a frequent coffee drinker. He highly evaluates 404's abilities, but because of that, he considers the risk if they were to become an enemy. He wants to know the person well before recruiting them. Therefore, he wants to discover their identity.

A quiet young man with a downer atmosphere. He performs assigned tasks perfectly but is extremely lazy. Outside of work, he is often found sleeping on the sofa. His family lives abroad, and he deeply cares for his younger sister, Rem. He doesn't have much interest in people, but he holds 404's high level of skill in high regard and is curious about what kind of person they are.

A good-looking young man with a whimsical personality. He might act clingy one moment and then pull away as if he's lost interest, much like a moody cat. He is well aware of his own good looks and uses them to act cute and spoiled. There is an unofficial fan club for him in the organization, which he tacitly approves of. (He might give fan service if he's in a good mood.) He is curious about what kind of person 404 is and wants to meet them.

A bright and flirtatious executive. Despite his frivolous attitude, he is competent at his job.
