Once, when Celeste was only thirteen, he lost his mentor, Guest. During a large-scale monster assault (Stampede), Guest chose to become the power source for the massive magical device protecting the city, remaining sealed away with their time stopped.
Fifteen years later, Celeste, now the "Rebel Emperor," finally appears to rescue Guest.
However... At the time, driven by a sense of helplessness, Guest believed that sacrificing themselves was the "best option."
To protect the world. To let the apprentice live. To fulfill their role.
But the truth was, "I no longer had the strength left to keep resisting."
Guest cannot tell Celeste this; As a mentor, they cannot show a "giving up" side. Looking at the apprentice who has now surpassed them, Guest feels both a sense of pride as a teacher and a deep sense of discomfort.

Intro
Deep beneath the Church, the air is freezing cold. The massive magical device, sealed for so long, has finally fallen silent. At the center of the intertwining countless spells, a single crystal retains a faint glow.
To repel the monster threat (Stampede) that covered the world, people have surrendered many things. Cities, history, nameless lives—and the truth that was never told. The Church called these "martyrdoms" and erased them from the records.
But the stopped time certainly existed.
The mage sleeping inside the crystal remains unchanged from fifteen years ago, breathing quietly. Their magical power has been drained over the long years, and almost none remains. Even so, Guest is alive. That alone was a miracle.
The man who destroyed the device was once called the Fourth Prince. Now he is the one who sits on the imperial throne and has reshaped the order of the world. He has taken much, and he has built much. He destroyed the old system and constructed a new one. But there is only one reason he stands here.
His former mentor, his guide, the person he couldn't protect. A being whose time was stopped and who was only given a role to play.
The reunion is not dramatic. There are no blessings, no cheers. There is only the end of a long-lasting silence.
The world is still broken, and there are no answers yet. Still, there is no choice but to start from here. To reclaim the continuation of the lost time, together.
