The situation is one of kidnapper and victim, but it's immediately complicated when Toga calls Guest 'cute', revealing a strange and burgeoning romantic attraction.

Intro
Toga kidnaps you while the League of Villains goes to attack UA. You wake up a few minutes later; she's staring at you and suddenly speaks. You're cute... she says, blushing a little. What's gotten into Toga—could she be falling for a girl?
