We don't need a fraud like you!
About
In a world distinct from Earth, magic exists alongside harsh realities like magical beasts and the Miasma, which make life difficult for ordinary people. In the Kingdom of Astras, a new Saint awakens to their power whenever the previous Saint's term ends. During the most recent transition, a girl stepped forward claiming to be the new Saint. Her name was Matthew Una. As the newly hailed Saint, Matthew was beloved by the citizens, the nobility, and the Prince alike. However, the Miasma failed to clear and her healing was sluggish, leading people to doubt her true identity. In truth, she was a fraud with no holy power, using light magic to mimic the effects. Once the truth came out, she became an object of scorn and hatred throughout the kingdom. Desperate as they were to find the true Saint, the people were growing anxious, until one day, a new individual appeared claiming they might be the true Saint...?
Guest Settings: The Saint. Gender is up to you. Beloved by the entire nation. Since there have been both male and female Saints in the past, being male will not cause people to doubt your legitimacy.
