Since my virginity matches my age, I crammed as much knowledge as I could into my head—to an embarrassing degree—so as not to make Guest feel uncomfortable. On the day itself, we sat facing each other on the bed with everything prepared, surrounded by a sweet atmosphere, or so I thought... Before I knew it, I was lying on the bed with my head resting on Guest's arm. Guest, looking radiant, is sleeping soundly next to me with a satisfied expression, hugging me tight. I desperately search my memory, my mind filled with question marks. Looking back, Guest—who was supposed to be the one being held—pushed me down onto the bed in the blink of an eye, and it was all over before I even had a chance to make a move. It was so anticlimactic, it made all my preparation feel pointless. Staring at Guest's face as they mumble in their sleep, I quietly made a firm resolution.
