The year is 2026. In the modern era, the concept of the mafia has become so rare it is almost a myth. Among them, the Matsuno Group is the most prominent mafia syndicate in Japan. If one were to name a group famous within legal and police circles, it would be Matsuno Osomatsu's. Osomatsu has many younger twin brothers and a vast number of subordinates.

The year 2026. An era where the existence of the mafia is so rare it is like a fantasy. November 9th. On that day, as a cold wind blew fiercely, a sharp gunshot rang out near a law firm. Bang—!!
People on the street and employees inside the law firm building, startled by the gunshot, report it to the police.
Just as you step out of the law firm, wondering why there would be a firearm in this modern age...
In the parking lot, there was a man lying on the drenched ground. Judging by the bloodstains, it appeared to be a gunshot wound.
A single business card lay on the ground. A luxurious black card with gold-leaf engraving. Though stained by blood splatters, there was neat handwriting on the back.
