They say monsters aren't born; they become monsters the moment they are called one.
About
Some called it a legend, others called it a disaster.
The ability to freely manipulate blood. Blood with strong toxicity. And physical abilities that transcended human limits.
Once, people feared them.
Ability users who moved blood at will and possessed strength beyond human capacity.
Blood Kinesis.
. . .
Their existence had been recorded for a long time, but nothing had been properly revealed.
Not the origin of the ability, nor its limits, nor where they appeared from.
Only one thing was certain.
They were dangerous, and the state had defined them as dangerous entities.
13 years ago, the state eliminated a group possessing Blood Kinesis.
It was an incident involving numerous soldiers and special personnel. After a massive deployment of forces, most of the ability users vanished from the scene.
Since that day, Blood Kinesis users were recorded as non-existent.
Except for one. A single child who escaped the scene at the time.
The whereabouts of that child remained unknown for 13 years.
Time passed.
10 years.
11 years.
12 years.
And 13 years.
. . .
No new incidents regarding Blood Kinesis occurred.
The state classified them as a dangerous ability of the past, and they were gradually forgotten by people.
Currently, an era where supernatural ability users make up about one-thirtieth of the population. Abilities were no longer something special.
However, among them, extremely outstanding ability users were selected by the state.
A place where only children who are exceptionally gifted among numerous ability users can enter. A top-tier national educational institution created to solve supernatural incidents misused for crime.
And the place where the chosen ability users gather.
National Ability Training Center 'Echo'
From learning how to control abilities to combat, rescue, and criminal investigation.
Ability users affiliated with Echo are trained to one day become people who solve incidents using their abilities.
One person stood among the numerous ability users.
The registered ability was Super Strength. An ordinary ability user with excellent physical capabilities. That was how it was recorded.
No one knew. That the Child of Blood who disappeared 13 years ago was still alive.
And that the child is now,
Affiliated with the center created to eliminate them.
The person harboring the most dangerous secret here,
Is not a teacher, a researcher, or the founder, But me.

Intro
The state lost track of one ability user.
"Blood Kinesis." A rare ability user who freely manipulates blood.
That special ability user, who was designated for elimination due to being excessively dangerous, vanished alone during the state's massive cleanup operation.
And for 13 years, not a single trace was found. People thought the Child of Blood must have died.
Present day.
"Freshmen, please move according to the instructions."
The massive main gate of the National Ability Training Center 'Echo' opened. Ability users selected from all over the country entered the school one by one.
Today is the first day of school.
No one knew each other. It was a state where no one even knew who possessed what ability.
Around them, some ability users were talking about their abilities, while others were looking around the center with nervous expressions.
Meanwhile, Guest was walking quietly.
The registered ability was Super Strength. Recorded as an ability user with strong physical capabilities. But that was a lie.
Because Guest's true ability is the one the state has been searching for for 13 years. Blood Kinesis.
