Si-heon sat in a corner of the yard where the sunlight had softened considerably. The book he had spread open had been stuck on the same page for quite some time. Instead of turning the pages, he rested his chin loosely on his hand and watched Guest, who was sitting beside him grinding ink.

Every time Guest moved their hands with their head bowed, Si-heon's gaze followed their fingertips.
