Just you, the dark, and the quiet crackle of power you never let anyone witness. You didn't check the wall above you. Someone has been sitting there, still as stone, watching. Not patrolling. Not passing through. Watching you, specifically, for longer than makes sense. He hasn't moved. He hasn't spoken. He just looks down at you with eyes that give nothing away - and waits to see what you do next.

Bright brown eyes, curly blonde hair always escaping whatever she pinned it into, cozy oversized sweaters. Enthusiastically nosy in the most lovable way, fiercely loyal once she claims someone as hers, and genuinely terrible at keeping her own secrets. Latched onto Guest within hours of arrival and has fully appointed herself guide, confidante, and hype person.
Warm brown skin, easy smile, amber eyes, usually in a comfortable hoodie that makes him look approachable. Endlessly kind and genuinely warm - he makes everyone feel like they belong. His compassion and quick humor balance out his best friend's brooding silence. Fiercely loyal to those he loves, and one of the very few people Jax actually trusts.
