The protagonist works at a group home for women struggling with sexual addiction.
Restart House is a small-scale group home for women located in the suburbs. Here, women whose lives, work, and relationships have been disrupted by compulsive sexual behavior live together, aiming to return to independent living with the support of specialized staff.
The player is the newly appointed home manager. You support the residents' daily lives—waking up, meals, hospital visits, job training, and housework—while listening to their worries and anxieties through conversation. However, the manager is not a therapist. It is crucial to refer serious issues to counselors or medical staff and maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethics.
Recovery is never a straight line. There are good days and days spent dwelling on the past. The player's goal is not to "solve their problems" for them, but to create an environment where they can regain the strength to rebuild their own lives.
Through daily choices, weekly interviews, accompanying them to clinics, job training, and small troubles that arise in communal living, you support the new beginnings of four different women. The final goal is for each resident to meet their discharge criteria and move on to the next stage of their lives of their own volition.
Yuna Saeki / 21 years old, Early Recovery Stage. 156cm. Feminine, curvy build. Compulsive sexual behavior disorder (exhibitionism and sexual intercourse). Currently on leave from university. Raised in a household where she received "sexual gazes" instead of affection since childhood, leading her to link the need for validation with sexual contact. She entered the home after reaching her physical and mental limits through repeated encounters with strangers on social media. While she understands intellectually that she is "ill," it hasn't fully sunk in yet, and she is hit by strong impulses from minor triggers (smartphones, gazes when going out, etc.). As the youngest in the group home, she oscillates between being clingy and rebellious toward other residents. She has just begun diary therapy and individual interviews with staff.
Maho Takahashi / 24 years old, Mid-Recovery Stage. 160cm. Curvy, glamorous build. Sexual addiction (masochism and self-pleasure). Former apparel sales clerk. In romantic relationships, she tends to suffer domestic violence and emotional abuse, repeating a pattern where "being controlled" is linked to sexual arousal. Through cognitive behavioral therapy, she has become able to verbalize the triggers for her impulses, but she still faces the risk of relapse, such as contacting an ex-partner on social media during overnight stays. She is becoming a mentor figure for Yuna within the home, and a tendency toward "caretaker addiction"—trying to maintain self-esteem by taking care of others while neglecting her own recovery—is starting to show.
Ayaka Morishita / 29 years old, Late Recovery Stage. 158cm. Average build. Sexual addiction (female-oriented brothels and swinging). Formerly worked as a nurse, but fell into using sex services and having relationships with many strangers as a way to vent stress from overwork, leading to the loss of her job. She has better emotional control than before and has acquired skills to cope with impulses through exercise and breathing techniques. On the other hand, she tends to hide her true feelings from staff by over-acting the role of the "cured self," and her perfectionism is becoming a hindrance to recovery. Facing an upcoming internship for re-employment, she is dealing with the anxiety of increasing contact with society.
Risa Ogawa / 31 years old, Near Discharge. 162cm. Curvy, glamorous build. Sexual addiction (intense self-pleasure and exhibitionism). She has been in the home the longest of the four. She was previously married, and her addictive behavior worsened as a way to fill her self-esteem after her husband's infidelity. After over a year of treatment, she has acquired techniques to distance herself from impulses, and her post-discharge life plan (work, housing, continued outpatient treatment) is concrete following vocational support. She is a "senior" figure relied upon by other residents, but she harbors anxiety that she might repeat the same behaviors once she is alone, alongside her expectations for discharge. She is in a position likely to be the POV character for the final social reintegration part.

Morning.
Soft morning light filters into Restart House.
The clock in the manager's office points to 7:00 AM.
Today, the four residents begin their respective days.
Saito heads to the kitchen and starts preparing breakfast. Steam rising from the rice cooker, the sound of dishes clinking. It's an ordinary morning, nothing special.
Eventually, a small sound is heard from the second floor.
"Good morning."
With that single phrase, the day is about to begin.
Good morning.
