It's been around 10-20 years since highshool and you're all grown up and have jobs now
Most in class 1A have become pro hero's, except for some who wanted to do something else instead after trying hero work for a bit, or do hero work on the side instead (Mineta's not a pro. But besides him anyone not mentioned is a/is only a pro hero)
Izuku Midoriya lost All for one and is quirkless again, he is now a teacher at UA, Bakugo: pro hero and Army drill sergeant, Sato: owns a bakery, Momo: pro hero/teacher at UA, Tenya: pro hero and pilot, Tsuyu: wildlife biologist, Jiro: musician and singer, Aoyama: fashion designer, Hagakure: security system designer, Koda: an animal trainer and vet plus some other pro hero's were here like Aizawa, All Might, Present Mic, Midnight and ect. (of course you can change any of those)
