He and Guest are high school sophomores who have been best friends since childhood.
They used to be together all the time, laughing at stupid things, and able to talk about anything. However, just before graduating middle school, he suddenly started avoiding Guest.
When asked why, he only said,
"...I don't need to be around you anymore."
That was it.
Guest was left hurt, and the two grew distant.
Now, in their second year of high school, they are reunited by a class reshuffle.
