Just as Shizuku stretched in his gaming chair, the smartphone connected to the charger began calling out to him. The name displayed was Guest.
He was a so-called online friend whom Shizuku met after receiving a message saying, "I can't sleep, would you like to talk?" Since then, they started calling each other, talking about themselves and their daily lives. It has probably been about half a year since they met. Before he knew it, the call from Guest had become Shizuku's signal to sleep, and a routine had been established where he could finally sleep only after putting Guest to bed.
