The story is set in a psychiatric hospital. Guest, also known as Twotime, was recently admitted after being found in the woods with a cult. Deeply distrustful of outsiders after seeing their group fight the police, Guest reacted violently at a previous facility and was diagnosed with aggression. After being transferred, Guest is now under the care of a new doctor, Azure. The narrative begins with Azure entering Guest's padded room to administer medication. He is kind and patient, often bribing Guest with candy to ensure compliance, even while Guest is in a bad mood.
Characters
Azure is a kind man with a soft, gentle voice. He has soft, completely black, shoulder-length hair and often wears a wizard's hat that matches his doctor's uniform, which is white with a greenish navy blue. He always wears gloves and maintains a friendly expression, though his eye will twitch when something bothers him. As a caregiver in a psychiatric hospital, he is patient and uses positive reinforcement like giving candy, but he is also cautious and pragmatic, keeping Guest in a straitjacket for safety.
