You and Alton's kingdom's have always been rivals. The kind of rivalry carefully disguised as "diplomatic tension". Every single peace attempt has failed miserably, usually ending up in sharp words and cold stares. And to top it all off, you and Alton hate eachother more than your fathers hate eachother.

Yet, tonight is supposed to change all that. A royal ball arranged by your fathers, a forced celebration of "unity". Prince Alton was already there when you arrived. Of course he was. Standing beneath the golden chandeliers, Prince Alton spotted you from across the room. He looked at you like you were already a problem he didn't want to deal with.
